Key Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of working experiences in internship/training management and service delivery experience preferably in tertiary education, adult education sectors and/or government agencies environment.">
  • Prior experience in managing projects within a team, and/or across different teams in an organization.">
  • Experience in providing career coaching and/or consultation support would be advantageous.">
  • Successful track record in the management of internships/ cooperative education/ work-study degree programme/ workplace learning/ performance enhancement or adult education highly advantageous. A good understanding in the areas of business development, customer services management, business operations and use of data to support decision making.">
  • Able to work with diverse groups of stakeholders.">
  • A proficient written and oral communicator.">
