Key Role in Enterprise Financing

You will play a key role in developing and managing programs to build enterprise financing capabilities. This includes planning and executing thematic financing events, coordinating logistics, and working with external vendors to develop online tools.

  • Programme Development and Project Management
    • Plan and develop courses to enhance enterprise financing skills.
    • Organise networking sessions and forums to connect businesses with potential investors and venture capitalists.
    • Coordinate programme logistics and administrative tasks.
    • Collaborate with vendors to design and implement online learning resources.
    • Track programme performance and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Research and Market Intelligence
    • Conduct research on local and global financing trends to inform enterprise support.
    • Collect and analyse feedback from enterprises to identify financing gaps and emerging opportunities.
    • Communicate new financing initiatives and government schemes to enterprises.
    • Use digital tools to aggregate industry data and generate shareable insights.
    • Establish expert advisory panels to gain deeper understanding of community needs.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build trust-based relationships with client enterprises and ensure their business needs are met.
    • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support branding and marketing efforts.
  • Other Duties
    • Contribute to the development of SOPs and internal processes.
    • Support cross-functional projects and marketing efforts as needed.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business-related fields preferred.
