Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric professional to serve as the key liaison between our customers and our operations team.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, have an eye for detail, and enjoy solving problems while providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding bookings, tracking, and general inquiries
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates and proactive communication
Shipment Coordination:
  • Work with operations teams, vendors, and carriers to ensure on-time pickup, transit, and delivery
  • Monitor shipments and provide real-time status updates
Complaint Resolution:
  • Handle customer concerns professionally, aiming for swift and effective resolution
Documentation & Compliance:
  • Prepare, review, and manage documents such as MAWB, HAWB, and bills of lading
  • Ensure all shipping documents comply with customs and regulatory requirements
Billing & Invoicing:
  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies or adjustments
Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team with client follow-ups, rate quotations, and post-booking coordination
Recordkeeping & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate customer and shipment records for operational and audit purposes
Continuous Improvement:
  • Suggest and support continuous improvement efforts across customer experience and operations
