Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing tasks on various facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, systems, and equipment;
  • Carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems;
  • Troubleshooting and repairing faults on M&E systems;
  • Attending to customer complaints and responding to fault reports promptly;
  • Conducting regular inspections and recording any defects or issues;
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities maintenance or a related field;
  • Relevant qualifications such as NTC/ITE/NITEC/HIGHER NITEC/VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical/Air-Con/Electrical/Building/Facility Management or maintenance;
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
