As a Mechanical Systems Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle of mechanical systems across various facilities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for mechanical systems across multi-site facilities.
- Oversight of HVAC, chilled water, and airflow systems is essential to ensure uptime, energy efficiency, and compliance.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams is necessary to validate mechanical design, commissioning, and lifecycle planning.
- Adherence to ASHRAE guidelines and local building codes must be maintained; managing RCA and audit readiness is critical.
- Driving vendor performance, SOP/MOP execution, and service-level accountability are key responsibilities.
- Mentoring engineering teams and embedding a culture of safety, resilience, and continuous improvement are essential.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical systems management within mission-critical facilities (data centers, hospitals, etc.).
- Proven track record in HVAC design, chilled water systems, and BMS integration is required.
- Familiarity with Tier III/IV data center standards and Uptime Institute protocols is essential.
- Strong command of CMMS platforms, energy modeling tools, and CFD analysis is necessary.
