- Experience with mission-critical systems (24x7 and no-fail) and operations
- Master's degree or Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 8 years of experience with mission-critical facility mechanical infrastructure systems
- Experience with building services design including HVAC, cooling plants, fire protection, fuel oil systems, and plumbing designs
