We are seeking an experienced Financial Grants Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing grants and creating projects and budgets in our SAP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create projects and budgets in the SAP system for approved grants;
  • Review fund requisitions (FRs) and final statement of accounts (FSOA) in accordance with grant guidelines;
  • Follow up on grantees FRs and FSOA for timely fund disbursements to grantees;
  • Follow up on entities and FSOA to funding agencies for timely receipt of funds from funding agencies;
  • Ensure timely submission of grant audit reports by grantees in accordance with Entities grant audit framework/NRF's Enhanced Positive Affirmation Framework;
  • Prepare monthly budget utilisation reports;
  • Maintain full sets of accounts for Entities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in financial management and accounting;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
