Job Title

IT Infrastructure Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported problems in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation and asset inventory.
  • Assist in employee onboarding/offboarding processes, including account setup and equipment deployment.
  • Evaluate and implement compliance with IT security policies and data handling procedures.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Possess 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and basic networking fundamentals.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
