This position is located in the Engineering and Operations Section (EOS), Technology Directorate (TD) of the Executive Office (EXO), Antitrust Division (Division), Department of Justice (Department or DOJ). Within EXO, EOS is responsible for enterprise-wide network operations and system administration; technology asset management; telecommunications management; and Information Technology (IT) services and help desk operations.

The Antitrust Division (Division) is seeking to fill a Information Technology Specialist (APPSW) position in the Engineering and Operations Section (EOS).

As a Information Technology Specialist (APPSW), responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:

- Applies new and emerging IT developments and technologies to develop proposals and strategies leading to successful resolution of problems and issues.
- Provide leadership and expertise in enhancing and improving agency IT systems.

**Qualifications**:
**To qualify for the position of **Information Technology Specialist (APPSW), you must meet the Basic Qualification Requirements AND possess the required Specialized Experience specific to the series and grade listed below. This experience must be identified in your resume.

**Specialized Experience**
GS-13: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-12 grade level in Federal service that includes at least five (5) of the following duties:

- Providing expert technical advice, guidance, and assistance to management officials and other technical and program staff.
- Utilizing cloud-based workflow automation solutions, sufficient to function as an authoritative technical expert on enterprise-grade platforms.
- Providing leadership and expertise in enhancing and improving agency IT systems.
