Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Market Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and driving business development opportunities in the aviation aftermarket.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities in the aviation aftermarket, focusing on used aircraft parts, components, and end-of-life assets for disassembly and resale.
  • Develop and implement supply-chain solutions to monetize surplus inventories and support Used Serviceable Materials (USM) demand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand part needs, manage key accounts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct proactive market analysis to support regional growth strategies and develop tailored service offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align customer requirements with inventory and sourcing plans.
  • Lead or assist in negotiations for business arrangements and asset acquisitions.
  • Provide consistent communication and reporting to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in airline, OEM, or MRO sales, marketing, procurement, finance, or customer service, with exposure to aviation aftermarket or USM business preferred.
  • Proven ability to independently manage projects and represent the company professionally to customers and partners.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a natural ability to build and maintain lasting professional relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing or reselling second-hand aviation parts and managing retired aircraft assets is highly valued.
  • Solid business analysis skills combined with creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
