Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the aviation spare parts market and be able to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with airlines, MRO providers, OEMs, and brokers. They will also need to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their operational and budgetary requirements.

Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers is also a key aspect of this role. In addition, the candidate will collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the aviation aftermarket is essential for this position. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing and delivering compelling presentations, proposals, and sales reports to senior management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aviation spare parts sales, business development, or MRO-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of OEM vs. used parts market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required.
