To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in team leadership, including project guidance, technical coaching, performance reviews, and workload prioritization.">
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, Google Analytics, and dashboarding tools, with experience in Tableau and/or Amazon Quicksight an advantage.">
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate messages clearly and persuasively.">
  • Stakeholder relationship management, including building relationships with stakeholders at all levels to understand their business needs and strategic goals.">
  • Project planning and management, including conceptualizing and adding value to projects by ensuring clear objectives, defined scope, and effective timeline management.">
