  • Manage the promotion and development of existing and/or new services in areas of responsibility.
  • Lead process transformation and job re-design efforts within and across departments to increase productivity and efficiency, and to ensure standardization.
  • Drive and effect patient-centric initiatives across clinical disciplines and non-clinical departments.
  • Optimize hospital space to meet user requirements and support business expansion plans.
  • Manage financial and budgetary aspects of departments providing services.
  • Ensure adequate resources are provided for programs commensurate to performance and expectations.
  • Evaluate financial performance of existing services and operations.
  • Manage expenses of existing operations.
  • Maintain positive relations with external organizations to ensure hospital programs and services reflect industry requirements.
  • Participate in emergency planning and play a key role during times of emergency.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years' experience in healthcare/hospital operations.
  • Knowledge in both front-end and back-end support services would be a plus.
  • Immediate starter is preferred.
