Job Title: Senior Corporate Strategist

As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective corporate strategy. Your expertise in planning and execution will be instrumental in helping us achieve our Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and devise solutions to meet set targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of plans.
  • Analyze and evaluate proposed plans before presenting them to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
  • Support the COO with day-to-day business operations, leveraging strategic insights and operational acumen to drive organizational success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of post-MBA experience, with a strong preference for individuals with a background in the media or consumer durables industry.

Requirements:
  • Post-MBA degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate strategy or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
