Process Engineering Role
Job Description

Wood is currently recruiting for a Process Engineer with extensive experience in pharmaceutical and bio-pharma industry to support our growing operations in Singapore.

You will be responsible to ensure that process engineering activities on assigned projects are executed within approved schedules in compliance with project procedures, standards and specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Drive technical excellence and assurance
  • Carry out process engineering design activities following client and Amec Foster Wheeler standards and procedures
  • Develop, review, and take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of Process engineering deliverables
  • Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures are followed and maintain a high standard of safety
  • Remain up-to-date with the latest technical developments in your fields of expertise
  • Demonstrate, provide, and develop appropriate technical solutions for specific project issues
  • Provide technical expertise and support to business winning activity as required
  • Perform Technical assurance review of process engineering activity on projects and support internal development and continuous improvement activity as required

Accountable for the efficient planning and management of resources identifying opportunities for margin improvement, including HVEC utilization.

Qualifications
  • Chemical/Biochemical Engineering degree (minimum)
  • Typically requires 7 years progressive experience in discipline engineering
Broad and Extensive Knowledge Required
  • Multipurpose and dedicated API facilities, Pilot Plants, Multi-product and Modular facilities
  • Good knowledge of Chemical and Fermentation-based API plants and Biopharma plants, site utilities
