Job Title: Senior Process Optimization Specialist

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Optimization Specialist to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across various manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams on process optimization projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Maintain accurate production process specifications and update control plans as needed.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma), and quality management systems (e.g. ISO standards).
  • Certified or trained as an Internal Auditor for IATF16949 OR ISO9001 OR ISO14001 OR ISO13485 quality management systems.


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Process improvement skills and experience.
  • Lean and six sigma certification.
