Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our process engineering group, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing processes for new packaging technology of SAW products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize processes for new packaging technology of SAW products
  • Design statistical experiments and analyze results to optimize packaging architecture and/or process conditions for Photolithography
  • Define package requirements for new technology and customer requirements
  • Develop recommendations according to the nature of the new package technology, process, materials and tools/machine qualification and characterization
  • Support Process Engineering to improve process quality and yield of technologies released to manufacturing

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering or its equivalent with minimum 2-3 years work experience
  • Strong aptitude for research and development and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain relations with multi-functional teams and vendors
  • Proficient in statistical data analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE) and comfortable with analysis software tools
  • Highly motivated and adaptable to our demanding, dynamic and rapidly changing work environment; flexibility work attitude for sudden changes in work assignments
  • Development or Process engineering background specially in Photolithography process would be an advantage
