Human Resource Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Operations Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This is a full-time on-site role that will be responsible for managing employee relations and engagement, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and related procedures;
  • Coordinate labor relations by collecting, organizing, and analyzing employee concerns, and providing timely feedback and resolution;
  • Identify potential regulatory conduct rule breaches and escalate such matters to relevant departments to coordinate resolution strategies;
  • Stay up-to-date with HR and Employment Law knowledge, providing guidance on HR policies, practices, and procedures;
  • Provide support as needed within the Employee Relations team for projects and peak capacity periods, as well as broader HR team priorities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role, or equivalent experience;
  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, being highly efficient and able to work autonomously, apply judgment, and make decisions on cases and escalations;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and in-depth knowledge of labor laws and Employment Law;
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information, investigations, and HR matters;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred;
  • Experience in an administration department is a plus;
  • Ability to use Mandarin Chinese as a working language is essential.
