Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused F&B Ambassador to join our team.


Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of operations excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding service to our guests in accordance with operating policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Prepare beverages and food garnishes accurately and efficiently, paying close attention to detail and presentation quality.
  • Clean and set up dining areas, including refilling condiments, rolling silverware into napkins, and stocking service stations, to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Generate reports from the Point of Sale (POS) system on daily meal types served, providing valuable insights for future planning and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, including food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to multitask, handling multiple orders and requests simultaneously.
