Dining Services Ambassador

  • Guest Inquiries: Handle guest inquiries and resolve basic complaints politely and efficiently, providing solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • Prior F&B Experience: Prior experience in the Food and Beverage industry is preferred but not necessary. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building positive relationships with colleagues and guests.
