  • Support the management team with administrative tasks.
  • Handle a full set of accounts, including AP, GL and inventory.
  • Process invoices, payments and receipts.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger adjustments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent certificates.
  • Experience in using accounting software e.g. XERO.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
