Our client is a leading financial services institution with over 70 years of history and enjoys a strong global presence, with their APAC headquarters based in Singapore. They are also a well-known household brand amongst customers across the region.
Due to head expansion, they are currently looking for a Director, Head of Technology Transformation for their Technology function. Reporting to the COO of Technology, you will play a highly critical role to shape and drive the organization's Technology Transformation initiatives globally, while ensuring it is aligned with their organization's core business objectives. This role will also own the statement Book of Work to ensure oversight of all the technology transformation initiatives, including setting of business metrics and KPIs to track progress and outcomes, as well establishing a comprehensive governance process.
If you would like to be involved in this exciting transformation journey with the firm where you can influence change across all levels, then this role is for you.
To qualify, you must have the following:
- Holds at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or other related fields of study
- Has at least 10 years of experience in managing large scale transformation programs at a strategic leadership level, ideally within the financial services industry
- Strong experience in managing Technology Statement Book of Work and establishing comprehensive governance processes, business metrics and KPIs
- Proven track record in driving large scale technology transformation roadmap either regionally or globally
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and C-level leaders, while influencing change across all levels
