Position: Relationship Manager (Private Banking)
Reporting to: Manager, Private Banking Hub
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire, develop, and maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, delivering exceptional client relationship management.
- Provide expert investment product advisory, ensuring the highest standard of service and value to clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, enhancing the bank’s brand equity through your dedication and commitment to clients' financial success.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Company.
Requirements:
- Education: A recognized bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Banking and Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of Premium Banking RM experience or at least 2 years of Private Banking RM experience.
- Certifications: BSC Grade A or B (if applicable), and relevant certifications such as CACS, CMFAS - M9, M9A, M5, HI.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese based clients.
- Other Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
