JOB DESCRIPTION

The Google Cloud Platform team helps customers transform and build what's next for their business - all with technology built in the cloud. Our products are engineered for security, reliability and scalability, running the full stack from infrastructure to applications to devices and hardware. As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our customers and help shape the future of businesses of all sizes use technology to connect with customers, employees and partners.

ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will be responsible for developing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, specializing in AI and Generative AI. You will work with the market's sales leadership team, partners, and the enablement team to launch and execute strategic business development activities, with the support of the APAC Programs team.

QualificationsJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create industry growth plans and playbooks relevant for the region, across different types of customers. Work with sales and pre-sales organizations to create living customer growth plans for lighthouse and strategic customers.
  • Create data and research driven customer insights to create APAC specific buyer personas, prospecting and discovery techniques.
  • Work with the partner organization to create a business development and engagement framework for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
  • Create and execute cadence programs to track the milestones, metrics and KPIs used for pipeline generation and pipeline progression.
  • Structure interlocks between global, regional (i.e., APAC), sub-regional (i.e., countries) and field teams to bring alignment and streamline information flow between various working groups of stakeholders.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with product or GTM business management.
  • Experience operating in a global role on a global scale.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in driving business strategies and initiatives with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience recruiting multiple industry leading SaaS partners to cloud platforms, managing those partnerships into a joint GTM motion, and interacting with C-suite in market leading technology/SaaS companies.
  • Experience in SaaS and Cloud alliances, with the ability to form working relationships across field and business functions in multiple companies.
  • Ability to operate comfortably in a fast-changing industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with effective business acumen, thought leadership, and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
