  • Assist in new campaigns for IT initiatives and Projects
  • Design posters, create infographics and short videos, chatbots
  • Provide support to employees on system operations, e-learning platforms
  • Day-to-day IT helpdesk ticket support, hardware setups and software applications troubleshooting
  • Support system upgrades, installations, and software updates
  • Assist in the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT inventory records, including equipment and software licenses
  • Provide IT support to local and remote users (Hardware/ Software/ Network)
  • Any other duties assigned by the Superior

Requirement

1. Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology

2. Interested in marketing IT tools and web services

3. People-oriented and able to speak in public/zoom briefing

4. Provide support outside of normal operating hours as required

5. IT Savvy and familiar with IT tools such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Access, SQL database, Phyton, C++, Java, etc

6. Able to commit to a minimum 6-month to 12-month intern contract. A good performer can renew the contract or convert to a permanent employee.
