Our client is a leading player in the international wine and spirit industry and seeks a highly skilled Chief of Staff to report directly to the Chairman. As the Chief of Staff, you will coordinate all development actions initiated by the Chairman and Vice Chairman daily, ensuring effective follow-up. This is a full-time position based in Singapore with a global scope. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Chief of Staff, you will support the Chairman and Vice-Chairman in creating a strategic vision for the company. You will coordinate communication between the leadership team and the rest of the organisation to ensure that everyone is aligned with the company's vision and goals. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging innovation and learning.

In addition, you'll need to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and geographies, research the feasibility of new ideas, and provide administrative support to the Chairman. This will include managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, preparing materials for meetings and presentations, responding to correspondence and inquiries, and overseeing their staff.

Finally, you'll act as a gatekeeper for the Chairman and Vice-Chairman, identifying essential documents for them to read and following up on action plans. Your role will help the company achieve its goals by providing support, coordination, and leadership.

IDEAL TALENT

The Incumbent is expected to have a range of competencies and experience to transform analytical workflows using the power of light:

  • Master's degree in business administration, finance, or related field from a leading university
  • five years or more work experience as a Chief of Staff/Project Manager in an international organisation or work experience in either a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in-house strategy team, a high-growth technology startup or venture capital firm, or a top-tier bank
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
  • Proven ability in prioritising workflows, working independently within tight deadlines, and collaborating across teams with limited supervision
  • Comfortable with managing multiple projects across a wide variety of functional business problems
  • Strong background in business strategy, leadership, and a deep understanding of a company's operations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a clear communicator across written and verbal communication
  • Able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functions at all levels of the organisation
  • Creative and comfortable with blank sheet of paper' assignments.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and identifying what may be needed to define clarity
  • Discreet and trustworthy in handling sensitive commercial information and conducting discussions accordingly
  • Available to work outside office hours if necessary
  • Fluency in English and French as the headquarter is based in France
  • Have an interest in wines (extensive knowledge is not required)
