Job Description

  • Perform on-site installations, training, maintenance, and repairs for cash processing solutions.
  • Handle staging, testing, software configuration, and QA for new installations.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues through statistical analysis and reliability evaluations.
  • Advise management on customer satisfaction, product performance, and enhancements.
  • Support sales activities and serve as the main contact for customers on projects.
  • Provide technical support via phone/email, liaising with internal Product Managers.
  • Manage parts inventory to prevent losses and ensure accurate records.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with and servicing electro-mechanical equipment
  • Able to work weekends and after hours on a rostered basis
