Job Description:

The Customer Service Engineer will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and resolving technical issues within the mechanical domain. Responsibilities include:

  • Utilize basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve on-site problems efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address and resolve after-sales issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to discuss and implement solutions for customer concerns.
  • Conduct periodic visits to clients as needed to assess service quality and address any emerging needs.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
  • Demonstrate adaptability by managing additional tasks as required to support overall company objectives.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Prior experience in a mechanical company or similar industry is essential.
  • Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise effectively with stakeholders in the region.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving job responsibilities and a dynamic work environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and the ability to thrive in a challenging work environment.
  • The selected candidate will join a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional customer service within the context of the company's operations in Southeast Asia.
