  • You will work closely with the respective business stakeholders to provide HR advisory, pertaining to HR issues and support various key HR initiatives/projects.
  • You will ensure best HR practices are implemented and support various key HR initiatives/projects.
  • You will manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding, employee relations and offboarding.
  • By partnering with the business, you will assist in the coordination of interviews and provide competency-based interviews after candidates have been screened by the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • HR administrative tasks such as applying and renewing work passes.
  • You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and monitor recruitment costs and update recruitment reports.
  • Provide a centre of excellence and be the main point of contact with regards to employee relations issues.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all onboarding adhere to policy and process.
  • Handle housing and accommodation arrangements for foreign workers if necessary.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
