About Our Client:

Our client, a fast growing startup with world leading proprietary technology in the renewable energy sector, is looking for an Admin Assistant with solid finance background to join their team.

Office Location:

West Region, Singapore

Job Description:

  • Handle day-to-day financial transactions like accounts payable/receivable, expense reimbursements, and invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and reports.
  • Communicate with external parties (vendors, clients, financial institutions) to resolve financial inquiries.
  • Aid in preparing financial statements and tax filings in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage office administrative tasks: scheduling meetings, handling correspondence.
  • Maintain organised filing systems for documents, contracts, and records.
  • Assist in HR tasks: onboarding new employees, managing records, coordinating benefits.
  • Procure office supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the key stakeholders based in Singapore and China
  • Adaptable and proactive personality with a can-do attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with both internal and external teams to enhance the operational excellence
