Admin cum Accounts Officer-
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and admin duties
- Assist with account payable & receivable
- Prepare monthly statement and report, and quarterly GST submission
- Assist with monthly invoices and identify discrepancies
- Regularly reviewing and following up outstanding payment from customers
- Liaise with external vendors on related accounts matters
- Process payment for staff claims and reimbursement.
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- Provide general support to the management team
- Handle administrative task
- Participate in ad hoc compliance check and annual audit
- Other duties as and when assigned by Accounts Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Min. Local Diploma holder with Self-discipline, Responsibility & well organized
- Excellent English and Chinese written and oral communicational and presentational skills (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates regarding all financial operations)
- Able to multi-task and work in a challenging environment
