Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
  • Identify and implement workplace learning need.
  • Conduct orientation training for new employees.
  • Design and conduct training briefing in the company with business development unit for employees.
  • Maintain and review training course schedule
  • Support the development of training roadmap
  • Provide personalized coaching and support to enhance individual and team performance, fostering a results-oriented culture within the organization
  • Plan and execute quarterly and annual learning conferences, showcasing the latest industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in L&D management or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive performance
  • Experience in developing sales presentations and proposals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
  • Experience in using Excel function or Data Analytics tools will be an added advantage
  • Experience in Blockchain industry is a must
