Job Description:

  • To be responsible for the full spectrum of the HR function in areas of employee relations, payroll, report preparation and dealing with Government bodies
  • To manage application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign work passes and respond to MOM surveys
  • To build rapport, engage and sustain good relationship with stakeholders
  • To coordinate recruitment activities refreshing routine job postings, pre-screening applicants, arranging interviews
  • To analyses trends in compensation and benefits researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organisation attracts and retains top talent
  • To administer annual performance appraisal
  • To provide administrative support to the receptionist, and offer backup and support to the receptionist when assisting other department and stakeholders
  • To perform other administrative duties and Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least two to three years of experience in HR Management.
  • Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) certification will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
  • High level of organisational skills with an ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to work independently with integrity under minimal supervision and collaboratively within and across teams.
  • Resourceful, independent and meticulous.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders across different levels.
  • Good analytical skills with positive attitude to take on challenges/responsibilities.
