We are looking for a Senior Human Resource Manager to join our team

As a Senior Human Resource Manager, we rely on you to:

  • Create and drive multiple learning and keeping abreast of trends, needs, ideas and innovation, introducing and incorporating innovative and appropriate learning methodologies and technologies to facilitate learning and transformative development.
  • Drive and embed the group's culture, beliefs and nature.
  • Facilitate and conduct internal trainings and orientations for new employees.
  • Ensure that induction and orientation for new employees are properly carried out.
  • Identify, establish and build network and partnerships with providers and partners and relevant government agencies on initiatives, grants and sponsorships.
  • Prepare training budget, training plans and reports.
  • Develop internal training program based on training plan for the year.
  • Recommend internal and external teaching resources.
  • Work on government funding projects and job redesigning
  • Manage the learning and development team and its structure to develop competencies of the team.
  • Work closely with HR team on compensation and benefit strategies to attract talent
  • Plan and organize employee engagement events.
  • Lead business transformation project
