Regional Sales Manager/Director

We are looking for an experienced sales manager/director who has experience selling Used Serviceable Materials (USM) airframe and engine parts to the airlines and MROs in the Asia Pacific or Middle East Region. We are offering competitive salary plus performance bonuses 30% travelling is required
This is a full-time remote role for an Director/Manager at Nihal Aero Capital. The Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of airline customers, building and maintaining strong relationships, and serving as the main point of contact. The Account Manager will identify and understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Account Manager will handle contract negotiations, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in sales or account management in the aviation industry
- Knowledge of the aviation industry and leasing solutions
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field
