Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and delegating them to sales specialists.
  • Supporting the sales team in administrative duties.
  • Provide sales teams with key information on prospective clients.
  • Nurture client relationships and provide after-sales support.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to offer value-added products and services.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide tailored marketing materials.
  • Administrative tasks and any other ad hoc tasks assigned

Key Requirements

  • Diploma in Business or Marketing.
  • Experience in sales coordination and/or customer support.
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic marketing and content creation experience.
  • Ability to speak minimally conversational Chinese is key as this role will require you to liaise with the China office.
  • Immediate or short notices are advantageous.
