We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Executive, Capability Development. In this role, you will be supporting the Head of Capability Development to drive various education and training programmes in SACEOS, to help MICE companies reskill, upskill and cross-skilling their employees as they transform to meet today's changing business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

. Prepare training materials and disseminate to learners

. Coordinate with trainers, managing their schedules and ensuring all requirements are met for successful training sessions.

. Facilitate engagements with training/education providers, including reviewing subject matters, submitting learners' details, and managing credit hours.

. Act as a point of contact for training enquiries, liaising with HR to confirm courses, provide guidance on grant/funding submissions, and manage course schedules and learner details.

. Oversee venue logistics, including booking rooms, arranging layouts, ensuring A/V equipment availability, and managing F&B requirements.

. Monitor budget allocations and expenditures.

. Schedule appointments and meetings.

. Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

. Takes initiative and work independently to complete assigned tasks within the given timeline.

. Strong verbal and presentation skills.

. Familiar with the applications of a variety of digital platforms and social media channels.

. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
