- Receiving of visitors at front desk by greeting, welcoming them appropriately and warmly

- Handling of customers' queries, needs and complaints

- Handling cashiering

- Managing of reception at hostel and cafe operations.

- Managing Customer satisfaction scores and execution of administrative tasks to highest quality standards

- Handle Social Media and Customer Correspondances

- Any other reception duties as deemed required by company

Requirements:

- Able to converse well

- Able to multi task and work in a fast pace environment
