Client Relationship Management:

. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Proposal and Contract Negotiation:

. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure business agreements.

Market Research:

. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.

. Provide regular feedback to the management team on market conditions and competitor activities.

Collaboration with Internal Departments:

Qualifications and Requirements:

. Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

. Minimum 4 years experience and above

. Proven experience in hotel sales, with a focus on corporate accounts.

. Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends.

. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Candidates with more than 4 years experience and with team lead skills will be considered for senior position.

Candidates with minimum one year experience will be considered for junior position.
