  • Job Description

    Our client is a local company that specializes in cranes and various automation systems and they are currently looking for a Senior HR Executive.

    Reporting to: Corporate Services Manager

    What you will be working on
    - Implement, monitor progress, and recommend continuous improvements in employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction and morale.
    - Support the Management Team in providing counsel and motivation to employees around organizational practices in the areas of diversity, inclusion, Core Values, and HR policies and practices.
    - Provide advisory for employees seeking information on company policies and procedures.
    - Handle all aspects of the Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits programme.
    - Assist in the administration, documentation and tracking of new employees' recruitment and onboarding briefings.
    - General administration and monthly reports relating to employee benefits, attendance, overtime records, course schedules, work pass renewals etc.
    - Update HR records in the HR software management system.
    - Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications
  • Requirement

    What they are looking for
    (Must)
    - Diploma in Human Resources with minimum of 5 years of related experience (especially Recruitment)
    - Candidate should come from a similar industry (Engineering, Construction or Manufacturing)
    - Well-versed in employment laws and related (MOM, CPF, IRAS).
    - Familiar with Info-Tech HR management system is a must.
    - Good speaking and writing skills, able to communicate well with all levels of people.
    - Good problem-solving skills to support day-to-day HR issues.
