Singapore Muscular Dystrophy Association (singapore) Full time

Job descriptions:

Finance duties:

1. Prepare A/P entries in accounting system

2. Handle collection of monies, bank-in, record transactions and issue receipts

3. Data entry of donation and reconciliation of donation records

4. Reconcile bank statements with A/P and A/R

5. Timely month end closing

6. Liaise with accounting service provider and answer any queries

7. Petty cash reimbursement

Admin duties:

8. Stock-check and requisition of pantry items

9. Any other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

1. O level and above

2. Preferably 2 years of work experience in accounting

3. Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and petty cash

4. Meticulous and detail-oriented

5. Able to work independently

6. Knowledge of Xero accounting software is a bonus

Additional info:

1) 3 days work week â€' Monday, Wednesday and Friday
