About the Team The Performance & Incentive(P&I) department works on lots of interesting projects in compensation, benefits, performance management, long-term incentive and relevant areas. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data and benchmarking. The P&I team works on a lot of cool and exciting projects to come up with the best ways to serve our organization. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization. What You Will Do: - In-depth understanding of ByteDance's compensation and benefits system, explore potential issues and space for optimization through cost and data analysis - Conduct special analysis of benefits and human resources management policies, with analytical methods including but not limited to: data mining, industry research, user research, etc - Based on the analysis, explore the design and iteration of ByteDance's global benefits and human resources management policies, and effectively support to drive the implementation of optimized plans.

Qualifications- Preferred to have 3+ years of relevant experience in people/human resource analysis, or business/data analysis working experience in the tech industry - Self-motivation and curiosity, fast-learning to discover the relationship between data and human resources policies - Strong communication skills in English - Knowledge and experience in SQL, Python or SPSS is an advantage.
