Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff of Finance & Fund Administration Unit
  • Check accounts of funds, clients and management company
  • Prepare reports for management, statutory and SGX reporting
  • Prepare board papers
  • Manage GST, tax compliance and reporting and assist in tax planning
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors, regulatory agencies, bankers and other consultants on audit/financial, regulatory and compliance matters, banking and other matters
  • Formulate and implement accounting procedures and controls
  • Involved in day-to-day operations such as approving payments, billings, tracking income receipts, and processing corporate actions.
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements

  • A degree in Accountancy / ACCA or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
  • Experience in handling full set of accounts and consolidation for group companies
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, SGX rules and SFA regulations
  • Mature, diligent, self motivated, responsible, drive, initiative and good interpersonal skills
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Proficient in using Sage 300 and Microsoft Excel
