Assistant Vice-President, Finance and Fund Administration

Responsibilities
- Supervise staff of Finance & Fund Administration Unit
- Check accounts of funds, clients and management company
- Prepare reports for management, statutory and SGX reporting
- Prepare board papers
- Manage GST, tax compliance and reporting and assist in tax planning
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, regulatory agencies, bankers and other consultants on audit/financial, regulatory and compliance matters, banking and other matters
- Formulate and implement accounting procedures and controls
- Involved in day-to-day operations such as approving payments, billings, tracking income receipts, and processing corporate actions.
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements
- A degree in Accountancy / ACCA or its equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
- Experience in handling full set of accounts and consolidation for group companies
- Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, SGX rules and SFA regulations
- Mature, diligent, self motivated, responsible, drive, initiative and good interpersonal skills
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Proficient in using Sage 300 and Microsoft Excel
