Logistics Admin Officer

Job Scope
. Communicate and liase closely with internal and external departments to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve arising issues in a timely manner.
. Support the team in processing of customer orders, arranging shipment, preparing shipping documents for Singapore and export shipment.
. Liaising with factories to ensure timely delivery of stock and ensuring PO accuracy before entry into system.
. Coordinate and correspond to customer/sales on the sales order status.
. Ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
. At least 1 years of work experience as a Logistics Operations Assistant or similar role
. A minimum requirement of a Diploma or its equivalent in Supply Chain or Logistics
. Freight knowledge preferred.
. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications
. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
. Able to work well independently as well as in a team.
. Preferable able to start work immediately.
