Position: Senior Executive, HR Business Partner
Location: Connection One, Jalan Bukit Merah
Salary Range: $4,500 to $5,500 per month
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Office Hours: Monday to Friday (Regular office hours)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Executive HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with management to provide HR support and expertise, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional HR advice, guidance, and support on HR practices, policies, and procedures, as well as employment law.
- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Oversee the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, grievances handling, and offboarding.
- Review, draft, and implement HR policies in compliance with government regulations.
- Enhance internal workflows and processes to optimize efficiency.
