HR Officer

Job summary:
You will be involved in the full spectrum of human resources functions and offer administrative support to HR department in managing all HR matters. You will also act as the first point of contact for all HR-related enquiries.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of employee including recruitment, compensation, learning and development.
- Ensure recruitment and selection according to job requirement and compliant with Employment Act.
- Manage performance management of employees.
- Ensure timely and accurate update of employee information by validating data across our HRIS system.
- Perform on-boarding process such as conducting orientation for new hires.
- Prepare and monitor training programs for employees.
- Update and maintain employees' career development, competencies, and training records.
- Assist in the coordination of training and development programs as well as to follow up on pre and post training feedback.
- Prepare appointment, confirmation, promotion, increment, transfer and all HR related letters.
- Submit claims such as Childcare Leave, Maternity Leave, Paternity and National Service Leave to the government bodies.
- Support HR with other HR related projects or tasks.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Training.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to thrive in dynamic work environment.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with different stakeholders including headquarter.
- Team player with initiative, keen to learn with a can-do attitude.
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
