Responsibilities

As an integral part of our IT leadership team, you will be accountable for ensuring IT projects are delivered with utmost quality across our growing Service Logistics, Warehouse & Transportation businesses, and for our Service Logi stics customers.

Your responsibilities will primarily be across two key functions: IT Project Delivery and IT Business Analysts.

IT Project Delivery:

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget.
  • Manage a team of IT PM's (Project Managers) who are certified project managers who are assigned to various projects.
  • Work closely and collaborative with network operations and business process owners, IT Project delivery team will be a catalyst in successful rollout of the IT project.
  • Senior stakeholder management of business leaders, operations leaders and end customers
  • Build and maintain a strong internal and external vendor relationship and ensure that all the vendor functions (development, test, deployment, hypercare etc.,) are working coherently towards a successful delivery of the undertaking.

IT Business Analysts:

  • Translating BRS (Business Requirements Specs) into IT system design and solution involving EDI design.
  • Managing a team of IT BA's (Business Analysts) who are subject matter experts in OMS, WMS, TMS and Integration (A2A/B2B)
  • Possess a strong supply chain and logistics domain experience is essential to offer guidance to the IT BA's as part of solution design.

Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: More than 10 years of proven experience in IT Project Delivery in Supply Chain and Logistics Industry.
  • Core Products: Good understanding of OMS (Order management system), WMS (Warehouse management systems), TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
  • Integration: Delivered complex projects dealing with System integration, API, EDI, B2B maps.
  • Resource Management & Leadership: Have experience in managing a large team.
  • Customer Engagement: Worked with end customers in articulating IT value proposition and ability to explain technical topics in a clear and business friendly language.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical senior management.
  • Product Experience: Delivered projects involving Sterling OMS, Manhattan WMOS, Manhattan Active WMS system with B2B integrations.
  • Domain Experience: In Service Logistics within Supply Chain Industry.
