Responsibilities

We're looking for a motivated Lead Service Delivery Executive to be a key point of contact for clients, providing customer-centric service to maintain long-term client relationships in the Asia Pacific region.Manage shipment import and export within the Asia Pacific region

  • Manage shipment import and export within the Asia Pacific region
  • Lead and manage escalations, working closely with cross functional teams as main point of contact
  • Support customers for end-to-end operational activities, including onboarding and review of requirements
  • Lead process improvement and implementation initiatives, working closely with internal cross-functional teams to define, plan and execute service improvement projects in a timely manner
  • Oversee and ensure that SLAs are met and attend to customer enquiries
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on service delivery details
  • Engage in inbound and outbound operational activities
  • Perform escalating and reporting of deliverables and data input
  • Work closely with internal teams and departments on review and stocking of inventory
  • Support regional service delivery projects
Requirements
  • 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics & supply chain industry
  • Experience managing import and export activities in the Asia Pacific region
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Able to work well independently, as well as effectively in a team
