We're looking to add a HR Executive in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.
As a HR Executive, you will:
- Manage the recruitment process for Non-Exempt (NE) and Direct Labor (DL) staff to meet operational needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Non-Exempt and Direct Labor employees regarding inquiries and issues, covering areas such as benefits and company policies.
- Conduct entry and exit interviews for NE & DL level employees.
- Oversee the full spectrum of employees and Foreign Workers Administration, including handling work pass applications, terminations, Security Bond purchases, and managing On & Off Boarding processes.
- Coordinate timely medical examinations for workers, including but not limited to bi-annual check-ups and Lead Examinations
- Generate various HR letters such as appointment, promotion, transfer, and resignation letters, as well as compile related HR reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of all HR files, both in the office and on company's system.
- Manage disciplinary actions or feedback from workers as required.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
What skills and experiences are we looking for
- Possess a Diploma/Certificate in Human Resource or equivalent qualification.
- Have 1 to 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Demonstrate knowledge in data analytics/reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, energetic, and passionate about interpersonal interactions.
- Good administrative and organizational skills.
