Working hours: Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 6pm 

Budget: up to $4200 basic + Bonus

Job Duties:

This is a hands-on role supporting the Reporting function for principals on whose behalf the company for billing services.

  • Review and submit accurate and timely reports to principals and regulators in accordance with the KPIs in the service agreements.
  • Troubleshoot any issues in reports & liaise with our IT officers on the resolution.
  • Provide information requested by both internal and external auditors and ensure that the audits are completed in accordance with the necessary timelines.
  • Assist in answering of ad-hoc requests for data and queries by both internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Suggest improvements in work processes which will enable tasks to be carried out more effectively.
  • Liaise with our IT officers on requirements for system change requests, come up with the User Acceptance Test (“UAT”) steps and review that the UAT is performed in line with the requirements.
  • Participate in projects such as system upgrades, including user acceptance tests and post go-live monitoring.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc tasks such as extracting statistics for analysis.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. 
  • Proficiency in MS office skills including Excel is required.
  • Proficiency in SAP systems is preferred.
  • Hands-on, self-motivated team player.
  • Able to handle and analyse large volumes of data.
  • Able to multi-task, be meticulous and work under pressure.
